Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in the original packaging.

Return period

We have a 14-day legal return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return. to request a return.

Items returned late or not in the right condition will be returned to the customer. The customer will have to pay the shipping costs again, you will be contacted by email about the matter.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the issue. This can be done via the contact form or by emailing ravennasshop@outlook.com

Non-returnable items

Custom orders, gift cards, and wholesale items are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

Free gifts with purchase

Please note that if an item is free on orders over a certain amount, and after a return the order is less than the amount needed to receive the gift, the gift must be returned. If the gift is not returned, the original price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
